Responsibilities
Student ambassador for McNair Scholars Program and other Ascend Centers.
Construct flyers for publicity of events and application deadlines.
Identify and compile information related to graduate programs, conferences, fellowships, and undergraduate research to disseminate via web or email.
Assist with implementation of assessment plan, analyzing data, and dissemination of data.
Assist with information and logistics for program events.
Complete clerical duties as assigned.
Support efforts of other Ascend Centers as needed.
Knowledge and Attributes
Must be creative, persistent, and a problem solver.
Must enjoy working with faculty, staff, and students.
Must be able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Required Qualifications
Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with design software (Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent) preferred.
