Job Summary Provide front‑desk support and assist graduate admissions staff with projects as requested.
Responsibilities
Answer in‑coming phone calls, call prospective or admitted students, respond to emails, and assist walk‑in visitors to the graduate admissions office.
Assist graduate admissions staff with projects as requested.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Basic office and computer etiquette in‑person and online, or by phone.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism when speaking with applicants.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, Canva, X.
Must be trained regarding FERPA and how it relates to college students.
Required Qualifications
Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.
