Position Summary
Operate production machinery.
Operate variety of CNC fabrication equipment.
Read drawings, tape measure, and perform complex calculations.
Experience with G‑Code and Python machine programming is a plus.
Inspect and document product compliance.
Handle materials.
Structural fabrication experience a plus.
Qualifications
Working knowledge of equipment capacities.
Maintain accurate time records.
Work closely with other fabricators and laborers to improve skills.
Maintain equipment.
Work with shop foreman to ensure production goals are met.
Communicate status of orders to the shop superintendent.
Perform other assignments as directed by the shop superintendent.

Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Accountable for safety and health; empowered to stop work if conditions are unsafe.
Implement and maintain safety systems and training requirements: RK Mechanical Orientation, shop‑specific orientation, CPR/First Aid/AED/Bloodborne Pathogens, Hazard Identification and Reporting, OSHA 10.
Minimum Physical Requirements
Work outside, inside, and in dusty, noisy, and hazardous areas.
Work in high places, tight spaces, confined spaces, and other adverse locations.
Climb, balance, squat, kneel, and crouch.
Work in all weather conditions.
Knowledge of trade materials and tools.
Lift and carry 51-75 lbs. occasionally; 31-45 lbs. frequently; up to 16-22 lbs. constantly.
