Location: 4985 W. Smith Valley Rd, Greenwood, IN 46142

Experience as an automotive technician (all levels considered)
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Pride in quality work and doing things the right way

Qualifications
Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
ASE certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
Strong capability of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
Strong leadership and communication skills
Meet or exceed hourly goals
Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
Professional appearance and strong communication
A desire for long‑term career development
Physical Requirements
Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
Have the needed dexterity to efficiently use hand tools
Walk/stand for the majority of the workday
Drive manual‑transmission vehicles
Efficiently navigate a computer
