SECOND SHIFT 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Mon - Fri) Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Greensboro, NC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing maintenance and repairs on a variety of industrial equipment, including but not limited to CNC Machines. If you have a passion for problem-solving and a knack for hands‑on work, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems effectively.
Conduct inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and equipment reliability.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery as needed.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
