Job Summary Airframe and Powerplant Licensed Mechanics are responsible for ensuring inspections, servicing, repairs and maintenance are performed in accordance with the appropriate aircraft maintenance manual, company policies, and the Repair Station Manual. Candidates must possess an Airframe and Powerplant License (A&P).
Functions / Responsibilities
Preflight and post‑flight checks
Discrepancy repair
Safe shop work using tools and equipment
Outdoor and inclement weather work if required
Ensure inspections by appropriate personnel
Complete required documentation
Inspect, troubleshoot, adjust and repair aircraft and/or engines as assigned
Complete required training
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Use basic computer skills to complete and document tasks
Work productively individually or with crew
Work with integrity and high‑quality standards
Report failures or deficiencies immediately
Pass background check and random drug testing
Overtime and/or weekend work may be required

Requirements Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Airframe or Powerplant License (both preferred)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
Experience & Professional Skills
Two years of experience on B‑737 aircraft preferred
Diverse maintenance experience on large fixed‑wing aircraft
Work Environment & Culture Skills
DOT/FAA compliant background check and drug screen
Proficiency in reading and writing English
Motivated, resourceful, energetic, organized, flexible, reliable, punctual
Ability to multi‑task, maintain confidentiality
Ethical, trustworthy; service‑oriented; handle stress and problems with a positive attitude

Physical Requirements
Stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate computer and telephone keyboard
Moderate to heavy lifting up to 70 lbs
Climb and use ladders, work stands, platforms, lift equipment
Work within confined spaces
Location Requirements
Operation based in Erlanger, KY (CVG Airport)
No ability to work from home
Shift Requirements
Full‑time availability; overtime required as needed
Travel from base may be periodically requested
Other Requirements
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
