2 nd Shift (after training on 1 st shift for approximately 90 days).
Pay:
$17per hour

Open Positions:
We have several positions to fill. Print Operator. Lamination Operator, R&D Operator.
Shift:
(1) Print Operator - 2nd shift after training on 1st shift.
Shift:
(1) Lamination Operator - 2nd shift after training on 1st shift.
Shift:
(2) R&D Operator - 2nd shift after training on 1st shift.
Color tests will be given to applicants as part of the interview.
Responsibilities:
Set-up & run high quality product at optimum speeds without supervision. Set up requires mechanical abilities as responsibilities including but not limited to changing and installing tooling and equipment.
Ability to load and unload rolls on/off machine with proper labeling and tracking.
Continuous visual quality checks to maintain aesthetics and product quality.
Raw material checks and evaluations prior to consumption, as applicable.
Recording of production data and raw material consumption. Production orders must also be registered into our computer systems.
Ability to clean up machine and maintain a high level of cleanliness to keep machine operable.
Responsible for condition of machine and work area, maintain housekeeping standards and work safely at all times.
Superior color vision with an ability to see color accurately without sensitivity to multiple light settings.
Qualifications and Requirements:
3+ years of operating large continuous web processing equipment or equivalent experience as a maintenance technician and/or advanced machine operator.
Detail oriented with ability to analyze operational parameters and resolve machine issues.
Ability to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude under tight deadlines.
Effective written and oral communications skills.
Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
