Sign-on Bonus Of $4,668 is available for the successful applicant of this position, paid in 2 installments within 12 months of hire: $2,334 within 30 days of hire date and $2,334 12 months after hire date.
This recruitment is for two (2) Facility Maint Tech - Mech Trade – Journey positions (00037264 & 00027028). By applying, you will be considered for both positions.
Responsibilities: Performs plumbing repairs, installation, and preventive maintenance per applicable codes and standards. Informs the supervisor and/or lead mechanic of any problems and provides updates on the status of work in progress. Assists with area coverage to ensure that work orders, maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance (PM) requests are completed. Works in areas occupied by students, with particular care to address residents' needs while ensuring residents' privacy and respect for personal property.
