What You'll Do
Safety first: Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Master our converting equipment: Set up and assist operating either Rotary Die Cutter or Flexo Folder Gluers in the production of corrugated boxes.
Ensure quality: Inspect and monitor production runs, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.
Drive efficiency: Maximize machine uptime and productivity.
Continuous improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience: At least 6 months of experience operating corrugated industry equipment.
Technical skills: Strong understanding of equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Safety focus: Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work.
Quality mindset: Adopt a one‑box set up mindset, to ensure quality expectations are met & minimize waste.
Team player: Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve production goals.
