Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist, located in Greater Milwaukee. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for operating CNC machines to manufacture precision parts, performing machining tasks such as milling, and ensuring adherence to quality control standards. Day‑to‑day tasks include setting up and adjusting machines, inspecting finished components for accuracy, and ensuring the proper functioning of machinery. The role will require collaboration with production teams to ensure efficient and high‑quality output.
Qualifications
Strong skills in machine operation, machining, and machinery use and maintenance
Proficiency in milling and related tasks
Knowledge and experience in implementing quality control procedures
Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities are essential
Previous experience with CNC machinery and tools is highly beneficial
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
