Responsibilities
Setup pre-programmed jobs and tooling on Haas VMC CNC machines.
Troubleshoot and resolve setup-related issues to ensure accurate, efficient machining.
Operate CNC machines to produce cavity, core, and plate components per engineering and quality standards.
Make necessary edits or offsets at the machine control to achieve specified dimensions.
Adhere to all departmental and company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
Apply both 2D and 3D machining techniques for a wide variety of mold components.
Work under the direction of a Mold Maker/Programmer to meet critical dimensions and tolerances.
