Position : Ramp Agent (Full-Time) – Denver, CO

Pay: $21 per hour, with incremental raises of $0.50 after 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years.

Role Purpose As a Menzies Aviation Ramp Agent, you will be responsible for unloading and loading luggage, freight, and cargo on and off commercial aircraft, operating small specialized commercial vehicles, and performing heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, stretching, and frequent kneeling.

Key Responsibilities

Comfortably lift and move 70 lbs of cargo and baggage on and off aircraft.

Transport cargo and baggage between aircraft, airport terminals, and air cargo facilities.

Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous material labels, loading manifests, and routing tags.

Ensure safe and secure operations in accordance with health, safety, security, and government statutory requirements.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Possess and maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Pass pre‑employment testing: drug screen, FBI background, and employment history.

Proficient reading, writing, and speaking in English.

Available and flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
