Compensation & Benefits

$21 per hour

$.50 base wage increase after 6 months of service, $.50 increase after 1 year of service, and $.50 increase after 2 years of service.

Role Purpose As a Menzies Aviation Ramp Agent, you will be responsible for unloading and loading of luggage, freight and cargo on and off commercial aircraft, in the outbound bag room and the baggage claim area. You will also drive and operate small specialized commercial vehicles. The position requires heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, stretching, and frequent kneeling.

What You Will Be Doing

Comfortably and continuously lift/move 70 lbs of cargo and baggage on and off aircraft

Transport (drive) cargo and baggage between aircraft, airport terminals, and air cargo facilities

Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous material identification labels, aircraft loading manifests, and baggage and cargo routing tags

Ensure safe and secure operations in accordance with the highest possible standards of health, safety, security, and all government statutory requirements

Perform other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For

Must be 18 years of age or older

Possess and maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license

Pass all pre‑employment testing including a drug screen, FBI background, and employment history

Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently

Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
