Pay Range Base pay: $20.00/hr – $26.00/hr

Shift Monday‑Friday 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM (3rd shift)

Responsibilities

Drive forklifts to load, unload, and store food products, equipment, or other materials.

Operate forklifts and other equipment in a safe manner by following BRF safety procedures.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures, Bills of Lading, and Pick Lists.

Input transactions in SAP to update inventory.

Assist in the organization and cleaning of docks, rack storage areas, and the facility.

Operate in facilities that require accurate and safe transport of food ingredients, packaging, and finished products.

Qualifications

Minimum of one‑year forklift operation experience.

Minimum of six months continuous experience in a manufacturing or industrial food production facility or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Forklift license preferred but not required; certification will be provided if needed.

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Ability to read and respond to Standard Operating Procedures, Bills of Lading, and Pick Lists written in English; ability to complete paperwork to SQF standards.

Effective at following directions, working in teams, and maintaining a positive attitude.

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with heat, moisture, and noise.

Wearing Food Manufacturing GMP Personal Protective Equipment (hard hat, hairnet, steel‑toe shoes/boots, face mask).
