Four Seasons Manufacturing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Shipping & Receiving Associate
to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. This role is critical to ensuring materials and finished goods move efficiently, accurately, and safely throughout the facility.
MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO GARRETTSVILLE, OH
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders accurately and on time
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material‑handling equipment
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow
Keep shipping and receiving areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Qualifications
Prior shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic computer skills and ability to track inventory
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependable, team‑oriented mindset
