Essential Duties:
Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer following DOT and company regulations
Deliver doors and related components to customers on regional routes
Assist with unloading and resequencing loads at each stop
Accurately complete delivery paperwork and report shortages/damage
Perform routine truck checks and light maintenance (oil, lights, grease, etc.)
Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
Proven truck driving experience
Ability to lift and move garage doors/components as part of deliveries
Mountain driving experience preferred
Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
Maintain knowledge of products, colors, styles, and parts
Demonstrate and uphold Midland Values: Service, Quality, and Integrity
Extra work available as part of the manufacturing team
Standard night‑out pay – no tracking receipts for per diem
