Village Community Nurse- Belong Village Chester Salary £23.00 per hour This is a part time role for 24 hours per week Candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK and be within commutable distance of Chester. Overseeing the health needs of all household customers and acting appropriately Medication management Maintaining written documentation, including risk assessments and life plans Supporting the team with personal care Contributing to clinical governance data and meetings Completion of relevant nursing audits Providing holistic End of Life Care Working across the village with a warm, friendly team as a Nurse, under the guidance of the Village Nurse Manager, supporting residents with night time needs and ensuring their clinical needs are met Requirements
