THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS DISPATCH ROLE Key Responsibilities As a Plumber Dispatcher – Admin, you will:
Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
Dispatch plumbers to job sites and maintain real‑time tracking of staff locations
Ensure effective communication between clients, technicians, and office personnel
Accurately bill for services and maintain organized records
Assist with administrative office tasks as needed
Work Schedule & Location This is a full‑time, in‑office position located in National City, CA, with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish
3+ years of plumbing office experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong problem‑solving skills, quick learner, and ability to work under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate effectively
