A prestigious national law firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal for a temp-to-hire role in its Downtown Tampa office. Position Overview The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys throughout all stages of case management, including discovery, document analysis, and trial preparation. This role is on-site; however, a hybrid schedule may be considered after conversion to permanent.
Primary Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and summarize records received through subpoenas or discovery
Draft, issue, and track subpoenas and follow up on outstanding responses
Coordinate with experts and obtain provider records, radiology reports, and related documentation
Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date case files
Handle e-filing and other standard court procedures
Enter, monitor, and maintain accurate billable time records
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of litigation paralegal experience
Excellent organizational, communication, and technical skills
Strong understanding of e-filing and general court procedures
Experience with iManage and iTimekeep preferred (the firm will provide training)
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage deadlines independently
