Provide a clean and safe environment for clients and assist the facility manager with repairs and upkeep of the grounds, buildings, and fleet. Perform general maintenance and repairs of the facility, grounds, and equipment. Ensure HVAC and heating systems are functional and that filters are changed regularly. Conduct light housekeeping duties as needed and assist in ordering maintenance supplies; keep storage areas orderly. Assist in coordinating with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for Facilities Manager and Executive Director. Maintain compliance with health and safety guidelines and policies of the program and state, federal, and accreditation statutes. Maintain facility vehicle(s), including oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, tags, etc. Other duties as assigned by Facilities Manager or Executive Director. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED 3 years’ experience in general maintenance or repair work Benefits
