We are looking for a *MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN* at CONROE TEXAS.

Responsibilities
Maintain equipment for blending, bottling, warehousing, and ongoing construction of a chemical esterification plant with a startup of 2026.
Inspect, service, repair, and conduct preventive maintenance on pumps, compressors, air dryers, valves, and rotating machinery.
Assist with the installation and maintenance of bearings, mechanical seals, and other sealing components.
Service storage tanks, vessels, cooling towers, steam heating systems, and high‑pressure systems, ensuring proper operation and safety compliance.
Apply machining and welding techniques to fabricate, modify, and repair parts as needed.
Navigate SAP maintenance workflows for work orders, notifications, and documentation.
Provide technical support during HSE audits and document all maintenance paperwork.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues independently, developing practical solutions with minimal supervision.
Follow all safety procedures and protocols, contributing to a safety‑first culture.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a chemical, petrochemical, or process manufacturing environment.
Hands‑on experience with bottling lines or similar high‑speed automated production systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and schematics.
Strong knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety standards.
Excellent troubleshooting skills, able to work in high‑pressure environments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional work with production, maintenance, and engineering teams.
Physically able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in varied environments.
Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or high‑school diploma with relevant work experience.
Experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with automation and process control systems specific to bottling and packaging operations.
Understanding of basic welding principles.
