SUMMARY The Human Resources (HR) Systems Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department by managing and maintaining HR systems and databases. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficiency and integrity of HR processes and data.

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES

2-3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.

HR System experience is preferred; prior experience with Workday HRIS is a plus.

Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and able to learn new software systems/databases.

Results oriented with ability to effectively manage projects and tight deadlines.

Handle, protect, and use sensitive and confidential data with care and discretion.

Collaborative work style and ability to work effectively across departments.

Ability to create positive impressions and communicate with a high level of customer service.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Maintain HR systems and HR information systems (HRIS).

Configure and update system settings and security permissions to ensure data integrity.

Provide technical support to employees and managers using HR systems.

Monitor integrity of employee data in HR systems.

Generate reports and analytics using HR data to support decision‑making.

Assist in the preparation of training materials, guides, and HRIS documentation.

Maintain data privacy and security standards.

Identify opportunities within HR processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

Implement and support automated systems and tools.

Assist in testing and implementing new HR system features and upgrades.

Assess current system and utilization; recommend improvements such as training, customization, and enhancements to maximize value and efficiency of the HRIS.

Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations, including data privacy and security requirements.

Conduct regular system audits to identify and address potential compliance issues.

Assist with obtaining statistics and information in the renewal process of any benefit plans.

Collaborate with HR team members, providing administrative support and system expertise.

Assist in the implementation of new HR initiatives and programs.
