Traditional education systems confine high-potential students to classrooms built around average performance standards.
Alpha operates differently: we facilitate student-driven education that scales with individual capability rather than standardized curriculum pacing.
This position does not involve managing large classrooms or implementing district‑mandated lesson plans. Instead, you will coach focused groups of self‑motivated students seeking accelerated learning, deeper exploration, and educational autonomy.
Candidates who have achieved success through non‑traditional routes—competitive performance, athletic achievement, entrepreneurial ventures, or creative disciplines—and understand how to convert ambition into measurable outcomes will translate that experience into student advancement.
Teaching certification is not required. Demonstrated excellence is mandatory.
Develop talent. Shape trajectories. Submit your application.
What You Will Be Doing
Providing direct daily mentorship to students through personalized coaching rather than conventional instruction
Leveraging adaptive educational technology and AI‑driven platforms to facilitate individualized learning progression
Facilitating small‑group sessions centered on leadership development, practical life competencies, and applicable success frameworks
Guiding students to identify core capabilities and broaden aspirations via tailored development roadmaps
Participating in continuous refinement of Alpha's educational methodology through data analysis, practical insights, and innovative proposals
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (any major)
Verifiable track record of exceptional achievement (examples: top‑tier academic distinctions, D1/Olympic‑level athletics, national‑level competitive recognition)
3 years of hands‑on experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles
Proven ability in interpersonal communication and public presentation
Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship requirements
Ability to work onsite in Miami, FL; Santa Barbara, CA; or San Francisco, CA
