Purpose & Scope The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the efficient day‑to‑day operations of the department(s). This individual coordinates scheduling, events, classes, and in‑services within the department(s). Responsible for oversight of departmental billing and financial reporting, including tracking inventory, expenses, purchases, and identifying cost‑saving opportunities. Performs clerical duties such as patient registration and customer service responsibilities. Maintains departmental records and files. Assists management with developing, presenting, and maintaining operational reports. Attends all required meetings and in‑services for the department(s).

Education High school or equivalent is required.

Experience Five years of office management is preferred.

Microsoft Office Suite Two Years Of Microsoft Office Suite Experience Is Required.

Certification / Licensure None.
