About the Overnight Front Desk Associate Role As an Overnight Front Desk Associate, you will deliver exceptional customer service to members, prospective members and guests, ensuring a “Judgement Free” member experience. Your daily responsibilities include:

Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions or concerns as they check in.

Promote our Judgement Free Zone® by engaging members on the floor and supporting their fitness journeys while upholding club policies.

Resolve member concerns and, when needed, elevate to a Manager.

Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.

Perform membership related functions such as sign‑ups, billing updates, cancellations, collecting unpaid balances and transferring memberships.

Conduct prospective member calls and tours; assess membership needs.

Execute retail transactions accurately, achieving sales goals.

Perform cleaning and sanitizing of exercise equipment and Black Card spa amenities, ensuring all areas remain clean and safe.

Maintain restrooms and communal spaces, following the scheduled cleaning routine.

Conduct comprehensive walk‑throughs of the club, quickly addressing safety or cleanliness issues.

Address maintenance and facility concerns such as broken equipment or other hazards.

About Your Qualifications

6‑12 months of customer service experience preferred.

Minimum age 18 years.

Willingness to obtain CPR/AED certification (training provided).

Basic computer proficiency.

Physical Demands

Continual standing and moving throughout the club.

Continual in‑person or telephone communication.

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Exposure to toxic chemicals during shift.

Frequent cleaning and sanitizing tasks.

Requires bending, twisting, and other movements to accomplish work duties.
