Qualifications
Read and write Spanish/English, interact with the general public and co‑workers.
Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
Basic PC/Outlook skills (optional).
Retail Management Certificate (optional).
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service as the key contact point for our guests’ experience.
Generate sales, perform housekeeping, and manage cash register operations (POS).
Accurately handle cash and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
Work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Must have a Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification for all positions related to the preparation, handling, and serving of food.
