A beauty e-commerce company is urgently seeking a temp-to-hire Account Specialist to cover a 6-month leave. The role offers a casual work environment with team collaboration and the opportunity to work with one of the leading beauty brands. This position is in office three days a week (Monday to Wednesday); local candidates only. Base pay range: $27.00/hr - $29.00/hr Responsibilities
Process orders and manage a high volume of invoices Set up new customers in the NetSuite system Manage EDI transmissions and discrepancies for 200+ retail stores Work closely with gifting orders for events and influencers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery Qualifications
2+ years of order processing NetSuite is a MUST Intermediate MS Excel Experience with EDI transmissions, managing discrepancies for over 200 retail stores Ability to process a high volume of invoices Detail oriented, organized and deadline driven Must come from the CPG industry; beauty experience preferred Employment type
