Presbyterian Homes & Services – Maintenance Technician
Location: 5401 69th Avenue North, Brooklyn Center, MN 55429
Overview Presbyterian Homes & Services – Maranatha is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician for its team.
Schedule / Hours Part‑Time: Friday – Monday, hours may vary.
Reporting Structure The role reports to the Environmental Services Director.
Responsibilities
Create a safe and secure environment by maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.
Maintain an attractive campus appearance consistent with the PHS design intent.
Execute assigned responsibilities for buildings and grounds as defined by the site leadership.
Assignments may include:
floor care
resident moves
remodeling
painting
building maintenance
customer requests
landscape care
snow removal
pools
other projects
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to perform Level I core competencies specific to job as defined by site requirements.
Able to work independently, multi‑task, follow directions and work under supervision.
Relate well to and provide a professional image and services to all customers.
Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand English sufficiently to communicate with all customers.
Pay Range The estimated starting pay range for this role is $19.75 – $22.64 per hour.
Benefits Full‑time benefits-eligible employment begins at a minimum of 30 hours per week:
