As a Striping & Seal Coating Foreman, you will: Lead striping and seal coating crews Ensure jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and safely Take ownership of quality, layout, and final appearance This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
detail-oriented work
and leading a crew in the field. Responsibilities
Lead striping and seal coating crews on commercial and residential projects Operate and oversee:
Striping machines Seal coating equipment
Layout parking lots accurately (including ADA-compliant markings) Ensure proper surface prep and application Manage crew productivity and job flow Maintain job-site safety and professionalism Communicate with management regarding scheduling, materials, and job readiness Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience
in striping and/or seal coating Experience operating striping and seal coating equipment Strong understanding of parking lot layout and markings Detail-oriented with high standards for quality Ability to lead a crew and take ownership of results Reliable, accountable, and professional Compensation & Benefits
