Shift Supervisor (full-time)
Location:
New Braunfels ISD – 1000 North Walnut, New Braunfels, TX 78130. Openings at other locations within the school district available. Online applications accepted only.
Schedule:
Full-time; days may vary, typically 11:00 am to 9:00 pm. Details provided during interview. Flexibility to meet most scheduling needs (full and part-time options may be available).
Requirement:
Prior supervisory experience is required.
Pay Range:
$16.00 per hour to $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary Summary:
Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure assigned job expectations are completed in compliance with policy and procedure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety targets are met.
Serve as the point of contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
Mentor and develop employees; encourage goal setting and advancement within the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
