Role Description This full‑time on‑site role for a Customer Service Representative is located in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. The position involves managing customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Handle service requests and customer inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person interactions.

Deliver clear, professional communication and provide high‑quality customer support.

Schedule and coordinate services, maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions.

Act as a key point of contact to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

Strong background in customer service and support.

Demonstrated ability to deliver customer satisfaction and positive customer experiences.
