We are a growing short-term rental property management company managing high-quality vacation and corporate rentals. We pride ourselves on well-maintained properties, fast response times, and excellent guest experiences. We’re looking for a dependable maintenance/handyman to help keep our properties in top condition.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs across multiple rental properties
Troubleshoot and repair issues including:
Plumbing (leaks, clogs, fixture replacements)
Electrical (outlets, switches, light fixtures)
Drywall repair, patching, painting, and caulking
Doors, locks, hardware, and furniture repairs
Appliances (basic diagnostics and fixes)
HVAC filter changes and basic troubleshooting
Respond to urgent maintenance issues in a timely manner
Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
Coordinate with management on repair needs and supply requirements
Maintain a clean, professional appearance of properties
Document completed work with photos and notes when required
Qualifications
Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role
Strong general knowledge of home systems and repairs
Ability to work independently and problem-solve efficiently
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Own basic tools (specialty tools provided if needed)
Ability to communicate clearly via phone and text
Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends
Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
