Keyholder Responsibilities
Approach and engage guests in a friendly and proactive manner.
Promote guest loyalty by providing a superior selling experience.
Provide recommendations using product knowledge and storytelling.
Take ownership of individual targets and KPIs.
Use effective one‑on‑one selling skills.
Support product presentation and visual merchandising.
Contribute to the store’s success and a positive team spirit.
Safely retain a set of store keys so the store can be opened or closed in the absence of management on shift.
no management is present on shift, complete opening/closing store routines, fill out daily planners, analyze reports, give direction and support the team, and ensure health and safety standards are adhered to at all times.
Support management and lead by example in all aspects of the role, demonstrating the Fossil core values and retail behaviors.
