Location: Davis County, Utah
Pay: $19–$20 per hour (DOE)

What You'll Do As a Multi‑Site Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our apartment communities safe, comfortable, and running smoothly. You'll rotate between properties to support daily operations and maintenance needs.
Key Responsibilities
Completing maintenance requests and repairs in apartments and common areas
Turning vacant units efficiently and to company standards
Performing preventative maintenance and general repairs
Patching and painting
Maintaining community grounds and curb appeal
Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues promptly and professionally
What We're Looking For We're seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented self‑starter who enjoys working independently while also being part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Apartment or multifamily maintenance experience preferred
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, or drywall (a plus)
Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
Strong time management and organizational skills
Reliable, professional work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable using basic computer programs
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Reliable transportation required to travel between properties
