PGIM Wealth Marketing Programs Manager (Hybrid)

What You Will Do Support PGIM’s Wealth marketing programs and initiatives by managing and executing retail marketing programs and campaigns that grow brand awareness and consideration of our investment capabilities and product suite, including alternatives, ETFs, mutual funds, and SMAs. Work closely with internal functional areas—Client Marketing, media teams, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Design, legal/compliance—to see initiatives through to completion.
What You Can Expect
Engage with Marketing leads to understand objectives, investment themes and marketing opportunities and transform them into effective deliverables.
Project manage multi‑faceted, integrated cornerstone programs from end to end, including campaign development, content creation, campaign execution and measurement.
Develop content for and provide strategic oversight of paid social and search campaigns to align with PGIM global wealth goals and business initiatives.
Project manage proprietary research programs, including the development of marketing assets and promotional activity.
Analyze campaign and program metrics on an ongoing basis to provide data‑backed insights on what’s working well and areas for opportunity.
Assist with planning, oversight, and measurement of Wealth‑focused webinars, including establishing best practices and standards, and monitoring performance to identify improvements.
Perform all aspects of marketing compliance review and approval process.
Conduct competitive research and analysis on a regular basis to inform campaign development.
Analyze industry and competitor marketing strategies and best practices to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
What You Will Bring
5+ years of experience in financial services marketing: project, brand or campaign management, institutional marketing or retail marketing to financial advisors.
Previous experience in a sales‑driven, multi‑channel, distribution environment.
Ability to apply traditional and new marketing approaches.
Demonstrated success in collaborating across functional teams and building strong relationships.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Passionate about data analysis with strong reporting skills.
Independent, self‑starter who can manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Consistent attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems and data analytics platforms.
What Will Set You Apart
Series 6 or 7 licensing.
General knowledge of the industry and investment products.
Bachelor’s degree (additional).

Note:
Prudential is required by state‑specific laws to provide the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range is $120,000 to $140,000, varying by location, experience and skills.
