SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

location: UVA Health Prince William – 8700 Sudley Road, Manassas, VA 20110. Online applications only.
Schedule: full time, Monday through Friday. Hours may vary. Rotating weekends. AM and PM availability required.
Requirement : Prior managerial and customer service experience is required.
Perks : Will be trained on job fundamentals. Meals cost reduced. Uniforms provided.
Fixed Pay Rate : $25.00 per hour.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards.
Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
Act as contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
Serve as mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
