Child Protective Field Support Analyst – 60071758

Key Responsibilities
Supervises support staff to assist in coordinating referrals, appointments, record retrieval, etc.
Conducts pre‑commencement consultations and reviews prior FSFN and law enforcement records.
Requests and reviews records such as school records, law enforcement reports, medical records, prior provider records, and assessments.
Performs surgical review of retrieved records to aid assessment and decision‑making for each case.
Interprets records in depth to ensure assessments align with Florida’s current practice models.
Flags and tracks high‑risk cases, ensuring seamless investigative activities.
Consults with CPIs, ensuring written referrals are completed for identified services and/or supports.
Coordinates OTI/OTI transfer requests.
Coordinates staffing as needed, including 2nd Tier, substance‑exposed newborns, multidisciplinary, legal sufficiency, rapid safety feedback, etc.
Coordinates subject‑matter experts to assist CPI in decision‑making.
Qualifications and Skills Candidate should possess the following:
Knowledge of Florida’s Child Welfare system.
Strong critical‑thinking skills across diverse situations.
Ability to provide feedback in a strength‑based manner.
Highly organized with the capacity to multitask and follow up on multiple activities.
Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Skilled in using applications such as FSFN, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access to collect and analyze data.
