We are seeking a highly skilled, collaborative, and motivated Business Process Manager. The role focuses on the

Claims

process for all business units, working with E2E Process Owners and the North America OPEX team to ensure alignment. The successful candidate will execute the vision, roadmap, and governance for an effective and efficient business process, ensuring it aligns with global requirements and driving change within the organization.

Responsibilities

Process Design and Execution

Design and oversee the Claims process hierarchy for Projects, supporting all business units.

Prioritize process improvements and technology implications to meet business objectives.

Coordinate with E2E BPO to manage cross‑process impacts and dependencies.

Deliver multi‑year transition plans and ongoing efficiencies.

Manage on‑going benefit realization.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization

Track operational metrics and manage process performance, focusing on quality, scalability, adoption, and innovation.

Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Benchmark against emerging trends and competitors.

Conduct process audits and develop mitigation strategies for under‑performing areas.

Change & Stakeholder Management

Lead change management initiatives for smooth transitions and adoption.

Communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders.

Align efforts across Business Units, IT, and departmental priorities.

Engage stakeholders at all levels to gather input and provide updates.

Serve as the point of contact for all Claims process inquiries and issues.

Execute improvement initiatives with Subject Matter Experts and Black Belts.

Develop skills and innovative solutions to drive realization of enterprise strategy.

Maintain process documentation (maps, SOPs, etc.) and train users.

Project Management

Influence SME and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Partner with E2E BPO and 3rd‑party vendors to build process teams.

Plan, execute, and oversee Claims business process projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Global Alignment

Ensure the Claims process aligns with global standards.

Collaborate with international teams to standardize processes and share best practices.

Customer Satisfaction

Deliver high‑quality, customized solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

Oversee Process Execution and Own Key Metrics

Understand Schneider Electric’s objectives and support Business Unit champions.

Contribute to Claims KPIs such as Turnaround Time, Quote Volume, Accuracy, Returns Claims Count, and CSAT.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).

5–8 years of experience in process management, project management, finance, sales operations, accounting, or related field.

Proven track record of driving continuous improvement outcomes.

Experience managing CCC or Post‑Sales processes or similar complex processes.

Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 standards and process modeling tools (e.g., Signavio, Visio).

Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau or Excel and project management methodologies like Agile, Lean Six Sigma.

Strong change‑management skills with a history of leading successful initiatives.

Adaptability to work in a high‑complexity organization.

Excellent project management skills, including multi‑project coordination.

Customer‑focused mindset.

Experience tracking and reporting KPIs to enhance process success.

Experience conducting reviews and audits to maintain quality and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or related advanced degree.

Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Change Management (Prosci or similar).
