Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

SUMMARY This role focuses on creating engaging, modern digital learning experiences that simplify complex technical concepts into clear, practical, and learner-friendly content. The position plays a key role in accelerating onboarding, strengthening field readiness, and enhancing knowledge retention through high-impact digital training solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and produce bite-sized digital learning modules, microlearning videos, and interactive training content to support a wide range of functional teams.

Translate complex scientific and technical topics into concise, accessible lessons that support real-world application.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to storyboard, script, develop, and deploy structured digital learning assets.

Film, edit, and present instructional videos, demonstrations, and walkthroughs with clear and engaging delivery.

Develop quizzes, assessments, and knowledge checks to measure learning effectiveness and comprehension.

Manage learning content through its full lifecycle including updates, version control, publishing, and retirement.

Oversee learning management system operations such as content uploads, learner assignments, reporting, and quality checks.

Monitor learner engagement and performance data to continuously improve content quality and usability.

Partner cross-functionally to ensure training materials align with business goals and learner needs.

Identify opportunities to modernize digital learning formats, tools, and delivery methods.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, communications, multimedia, or a related discipline.

At least one year of experience developing digital learning or multimedia training content.

Hands‑on experience with digital authoring and video editing tools such as Camtasia and Articulate Storyline or Rise.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft–based productivity tools.

Comfortable presenting on camera with clear communication and professional presence.

Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a structured environment.

Willingness and ability to travel as needed for content development and collaboration.
