Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Singleton Schreiber, LLP, is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented candidate to join our Spokane, Washington team. This is an in-person position at Singleton Schreiber’s office in downtown Spokane, with generous telework options.

SALARY:

$80,000-$90,000 annually

Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.

Duties & Responsibilities

Case Management:

Opening and maintaining files for existing and incoming cases.

Creating appendices.

Prepping pleading shells.

Filing cases and pleadings as needed.

Client meetings: coordinate and participate in client meetings regarding case intake, case follow‑up, and discovery requests.

Meeting Preparation: Ensure executive is prepared for all meetings and interactions throughout the day; collect, research, and prepare all briefing materials and follow‑up after each to schedule or coordinate any immediate takeaways.

Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule Zoom and Teams calls with clients and other parties.

Collaboration: Effectively communicate and collaborate with organization leaders and department managers to create smooth and efficient workflows for the attorneys.

Communication: Facilitate internal corporate communication and personal communication with vendors and associates as needed.

Professionalism: Remain neutral and extremely professional in presence with a strong customer service focus and high level of discretion with confidential information.

Resilience: Thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, remaining resilient, resourceful, and solution‑oriented.

Memberships: Manage membership dues, multi‑state bar licensing, MCLE log and seminar registrations for attorneys.

Other Duties: Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications And Requirements

5+ years of experience in a law firm setting.

Paralegal Certificate preferred.

Experience with FileVine preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft 365 products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.

Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
