Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and auditory Positive attitude and fun, outgoing personality that thrives in a people‑centric environment Dedicated to exceptional customer service Able to effectively relate to customers, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and uphold our commitment to excellence Location & Hours
Offices in Oakdale, MN and Hudson, WI (Fully remote position available). Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Compensation
Base salary of $38,000 – $54,000 per year Average commissions of $5,000 – $10,000 Estimated total compensation $43,000 – $74,000 per year How we elevate your skills
