Master Control Operator
Immediate need for a talented Master Control Operator. This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential located in Centennial, CO (Onsite). Contact recruiter ASAP if you are interested.

Key Responsibilities
Support current on‑air programming for ERP by assisting with programming quality control, commercial rehearsals, event preparation, shadowing on‑air programming, monitoring, and break support for other MCOs.
Maintain and manipulate air playlists, execute program/commercial/marketing changes, support live‑event and contingency workflows using edge software like SNELL Morpheus and Amagi.
Take ownership of commercial integration, ensuring flawless rolling of commercial breaks during both taped and live programming.
Contribute to the team that monitors and maintains 150+ channel streams, ensuring continuous availability and identifying inconsistencies with keen attention to detail.
Guarantee continuity of programming by confirming readiness of every material for on‑air playout.
Protect airwaves by simulating viewer experience, constantly checking for proper audio, video, captioning, and picture quality.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience
Monitor video and audio for quality and reliability.
Maintain reliability standards for on‑air content.
Review on‑air shows for compliance.
