Field Premium Auditor (Workers’ Compensation) FFVA Mutual offers an opportunity for a workers’ compensation field auditor in Florida. Responsibilities include performing physical audits at insured’s place of business across Central Florida (Orange, Osceola, Polk, Lake Counties). The role requires an organized, self‑motivated individual who can travel, deliver high‑level customer service, and work well in a team. The candidate may work remotely or in an office and reports to the Premium Audit Manager.

Responsibilities

Schedule physical audits with policyholders at their place of business; conduct audits timely and accurately.

Obtain and review necessary records for proper classification of business operations and premium development.

Handle audit disputes and effectively communicate with insureds and agency personnel.

Correspond with insured, agent, and company personnel as needed throughout the audit process.

Utilize technical expertise to handle complex audit issues while performing workers’ compensation audits.

Maintain an inventory of audits across Florida and travel up to 25% overnight.

Perform phone audits and/or audit reviews as directed by the Premium Audit Manager.

Work with the Premium Audit Manager to meet all department goals.

Preferred Qualifications

At least three years of experience completing workers’ compensation audits.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Organized and detail‑oriented.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Insurance.

Valid driver’s license.

Willingness to travel up to 25% overnight.
