Key Responsibilities
Examine and audit records to ensure calculations of earned premium for risks are accurate.
Validate correct class codes and confirm application of company procedures through review of financial records and related materials.
Tour insured premises and review certificates of insurance to determine appropriate class codes.
Review audit results with producers, underwriters, insureds, and Premium Audit leadership, identifying opportunities to resolve discrepancies.
Review claims activity on policies to ensure accurate employee coding.
Provide effective customer service throughout the life cycle of premium audit functions.
Maintain knowledge of applicable rules and regulations and apply them consistently.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Must reside in the vicinity of St. Augustine, FL.
This role includes a company vehicle.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Field of study: Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
Generally 3–5 years of related experience; associate certification in Premium Audit Program (APA) preferred.

$53,580 – $71,820 per year.
