Responsibilities
Coordinate with team members and assume responsibility for all center operations in the absence of the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Operations Manager.
Ensure standards are high and consistently met.
Be a champion for guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints.
Capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.).
Develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers to help grow league business; adhere to league formats, distribute announcements, and perform other administrative duties.
Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling a talented team of hourly center staff.
Lead the team and influence them through effective motivation; leverage individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity.
Assist in overseeing the management and expansion of the center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring quality standards and employee training.
Remain flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
1-2 years of experience in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Restaurants.
Strong communication skills.
Strong team player and people developer.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
A commitment to great guest service.
Physical Demands Typical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend, and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.
