AE - Merchandising Team Leader (Assistant Manager) role at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. This is a full-time position focused on developing and implementing the Merchandising strategy for the store, training and coaching the team, and ensuring store standards in alignment with AEO brand visuals and guest experience. Responsibilities

You are the Store Team Leader's go-to for developing and implementing the Merchandising strategy for the store. Train and coach your team into great merchants delivering AEO brand Visual standards daily. Lead floorset execution, merchandising, and marketing brand standards to maintain guest-ready stores through effective replenishment. Drive sales as a Leader on Duty (LOD) by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience. Analyze reporting and daily trends to make strategic business decisions and contribute to the store's financial success. Develop short- and long-term business plans to drive key KPIs in partnership with the Store Team Leader. Coach and develop team performance through real-time feedback, development plans, and performance reviews to drive associate engagement. Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure appropriate staffing and maintain outstanding service levels. Maintain visual standards throughout the store and ensure fitting rooms are guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards. Adhere to store safety, Asset Protection standards, and AEO policies and procedures. Qualifications

You love AE and Aerie products. Experience leading teams in a retail management role. Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, priority-setting, and time management. Ability to lead and develop teams and a general understanding of employment law. Business acumen and flexible availability to work when guests shop. About Us

Actual starting pay is determined by factors including relevant experience and location.
