Hybrid 3 days per week in Richmond, VA. Our client is a leading financial services organization at the intersection of banking, technology, and data. Note:

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W-2 basis. For our W-2 consultants, we offer a benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401(k) with company matching, and life insurance. W-2 Rate $40-$45/hr. Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of our client and what it takes to run the engine for affiliate marketing, including capabilities, technology, programs, training, key legal/compliance concerns, etc. Partner with key business intent owners and other build teams to help define clear business intent, identify risks for intent execution and build key components to bring new products to market; stay abreast of product terms, changes and launches across card acquisitions. Perform key quality assurance checks on internal set-up processes for accuracy prior to delivering marketing content to third party partners; understand and apply knowledge of UDAP and Reg Z to review third party affiliate sites for accuracy and compliance with Capital One guidelines. Communicate effectively (written and verbal) and influence partners across the company and across multiple levels of the organization; ensure appropriate management and awareness of key well managed efforts. Manage and develop relationships with third-party suppliers, affiliate partners and internal stakeholders to enhance partnerships and drive efficiencies and bottom-line impacts. Create, maintain and store formal process documents and artifacts required for audit purposes and drive continuous process improvements. Navigate a fast-paced environment; balance BAU solicitation work with in-market issue resolution. Recognize potential risks that could be detrimental to growth plans or the overall relationship. Track and resolve complex problems; escalate breakdowns and issues by asking the right questions and involve the right stakeholders to correct breakdowns. Streamline and improve overall process to eliminate manual processes, delivering well-managed and scalable solutions. Collect, analyze and measure performance and process data to initiate sustainable business practices and for reporting to senior leadership; review data for trends and gaps in the process that may require additional review. Support team members as a back-up to single-threaded roles. Experience Requirements

Process certifications (LEAN, Six Sigma, Business Process Management) or project management certifications (CAPM, PMP). 3+ years of project, process, or risk management experience. 3+ years of operations experience. 3+ years of vendor or relationship management experience. 2+ years of customer focus and ability to collaborate across teams to deliver. 2+ years of risk management or compliance experience. 2+ years of Google Suite experience.
