Affiliate Content Process Manager As the Affiliate Content Process Manager, you’ll focus on building & managing processes that improve business efficiency, ensure we are well-managed and drive results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line. You’ll manage ~40+ affiliate partners, one or more third party suppliers, and multiple processes that support several business teams. You’ll play a central role in keeping the marketing engine running, with a specific focus on pre- and post-validation of business intent & execution. In this role, you’ll get to collaborate with smart and passionate colleagues and leaders as you implement and manage these processes.
We’re seeking a dedicated, responsible process-driven professional who excels in a team environment and is skilled in process improvement. You must be able to effectively communicate, passionately manage the details, exercise impeccable judgment and influence partners and stakeholders across the company at multiple levels of the organization, and with third party suppliers. Strong relationship management skills, attention to detail and the ability to adapt to an agile environment are essential to succeeding in this role.
Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of what it takes to run the engine for affiliate marketing, including: capabilities, technology, programs, training, key legal/compliance concerns, etc.
Partner with key business intent owners and other build teams to help define clear business intent, identify risks for intent execution, and build key components to bring new products to market; Stay abreast of product terms, changes and launches across card acquisitions
Perform key quality assurance checks on internal set-up processes for accuracy prior to delivering marketing content to third party partners; Understand and apply knowledge of UDAP and Reg Z to review third party affiliate sites for accuracy and compliance.
Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) and influence partners across the company and across multiple levels of the organization; ensure appropriate management and awareness of key well managed efforts.
Manage and develop relationships with our third-party supplier(s), affiliate partners, and internal stakeholders to enhance partnerships and drive efficiencies and bottom-line impacts.
Create, maintain, and store formal process documents and artifacts required for audit purposes and drive continuous process improvements.
Easily adaptable in a fast-paced environment; Able to navigate between BAU solicitation work and perform in-market issue resolution.
Recognize potential risks that could be detrimental to growth plan or the overall relationship.
Track and resolve complex problems; elevate breakdowns and issues by asking the right questions and identify/involve the right stakeholders to correct breakdowns.
Continually look for ways to streamline and improve overall process with a goal towards eliminating manual processes and deliver well-managed and scalable solutions.
Collect, analyze, and measure performance and process data, to initiate sustainable business practices and procedures and for reporting to senior leadership; review data for trends and gaps in the process that may require additional review.
Support team members as a back-up to single threaded roles.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
At least 2 years of project, process, or risk management experience
At least 2 years of vendor or relationship management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Process certifications (LEAN, Six Sigma, Business Process Management) or project management certifications (CAPM, PMP)
3+ years of project, process, or risk management experience
3+ years of vendor or relationship management experience
2+ years of customer focus and ability to collaborate across teams to deliver
2+ years of risk management or compliance experience
2+ years of Google Suite experience
