at Resorts World Las Vegas is hiring an experienced project manager for marketing, responsible for ensuring project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations are met.

Summary Statement The Brand Marketing Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.

Primary Job Duties

Determine and define project scope and objectives.

Forecast resource requirements and manage them efficiently.

Prepare budgets based on project scope and resource needs.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on strategy, progress and adjustments.

Apply industry best practices, techniques and standards throughout project execution.

Monitor and measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Manage CMS platforms for ongoing updates and custom development with external vendors.

Oversee SEO best practices and manage all aspects of the program, including audits and optimization goals.

Translate data insights into actionable website and campaign improvements, including UX enhancements in collaboration with Creative and Product teams.

Implement website changes based on legal and compliance feedback.

Collaborate with internal and external partners, including Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage, Retail, Human Resources, Entertainment and Casino Marketing.

Use personal device/cellular phone for operational tasks, document review and communication.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

At least 3 years marketing experience within hospitality or a related field.

Excellent leadership skills that demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and team orientation.

Proven ability to solve problems creatively.

Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.

Excellent analytical skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and extreme resourcefulness.

Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline.

Ability to exercise sound judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions.

Developing, managing and executing an annual marketing plan and budget.

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Professional and internet browser software.

Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Ability to effectively communicate in English.

Polished appearance and demeanor.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department regulations, policies and procedures.

Ability to successfully lead and mentor a team.

Preferred

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a relevant field.

Previous experience in a Manager level role within a similar environment.

Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.

Minimum Education And Experience

At least 21 years of age.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

At least 3 years marketing experience within hospitality or a related field.

Certificates, Licenses, Regulations

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Position required licenses.
