Network Operations Center (NOC) , develops and enforces operational standards, supports new technologies (including wireless), and ensures the reliability of

LAN/WAN, voice, and multi-platform network systems . The candidate should be a hands-on leader with strong operational discipline and experience managing technical teams in mission-critical environments. Responsibilities

Own network operations and service levels for data and voice networking equipment and software Oversee operations supporting LAN/WAN, PBX, mainframe, mid-range, and network processing systems Define, negotiate, and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Monitor and improve network performance, reliability, and availability Manage and coordinate daily activities of the Network Operations Center (NOC) Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors, project leaders, and technical staff Plan and manage staffing, schedules, and operational coverage Work under general direction of senior IT leadership Develop, implement, and maintain network operations standards, procedures, and processes Ensure consistent execution of operational best practices Drive continuous improvement across network operations Plan and manage support for new and emerging technologies, including wireless solutions Partner with engineering and architecture teams on technology rollouts Ensure operational readiness for new systems and platforms Plan for human resources, equipment, power, cabling, and facilities supporting telecommunications and IT processing equipment Support capacity planning to meet current and future demand Collaborate with IT leadership, vendors, and service providers Provide operational reporting, metrics, and executive updates Escalate and resolve high-impact operational issues as needed Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience 7+ years of IT experience, including managing teams responsible for: Network operations Technical service, support, and maintenance Proven experience in LAN/WAN and multi-platform environments Strong background in network operations, reliability, and service delivery Experience managing technical teams in enterprise or regulated environments Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing Network Operations Centers (NOC) Experience supporting voice and data networks, including PBX systems Background in wireless networking technologies Experience with service level management and operational reporting Familiarity with IT operations governance and compliance Experience working in large-scale or public-sector IT environments Why Join This Role
